About Nicholas Spare

In 2018, Nicholas graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law, where he earned recognition for outstanding legal writing, served on the Arizona Law Review, and competed in the internationally prestigious Jessup Moot Court Tournament. Prior to that, Nicholas completed a law degree at Trinity College, in Dublin, Ireland.   

Nicholas began his legal career with a judicial clerkship, further sharpening his analytical and writing skills. After passing the bar, he served three years as a Pima County prosecutor, handling cases that ranged from complex fraud to homicide. But ultimately, Nicholas found his passion on the other side of the system, tirelessly defending the rights of his clients in every corner of the state, from Yuma to Navajo County.   

Nicholas has completed the Arizona Attorney General's Office Forensic Science Academy and the Maricopa County Public Defender's Office Trial Training Program. He is licensed to practice law in Arizona and Maryland.
